That information will be reported to the credit bureaus by the IRS and state tax agencies if they are involved.  You do nothing.  And the report of the satisfaction of the lein will also be made.  After 7 years, the lein should disappear from your credit report.

IRS told.me.to send the address. So am.I sending the county address who filed.it or the credit bureau
