It sounds as if you're hoping the bankruptcy won't get reported if you do the 100% payoff.  Sorry, but bankruptcy filing is a legal action that is filed through the court system, so is posted as a "Public Record."  It's going to be reported for at least 7 years because that's the way it is done.
