Voluntary car repossession location
Is it legal for a loan company to say the only way to do a voluntary repossession is to drive it to Texas? Or we tow it to wherever?
We don't understand why you can't return it to the dealer you got it from.

You do NOT Want to do a "Voluntary car repossession"  it will be on your credit report a a Repossession.

You will still owe the difference on what they sell the car for to what you owed on it.

Sell The Car yourself,  take out a personal loan and  for the difference and pay that loan off. '
