Removed collections account re-listed?
Can a collections account that has been removed from my credit report be re-listed (if that's the right word), or once it's been removed, it remains permanently removed?

They can pull it off your report while they are verifying the data, and then they can re-list it once verified.  However, the Fair Credit Reporting Act requires the creditor to notify you before re-inserting the account on your report.  If they did not do that, then they violated that act.
