I don’t recognize the accounts “in collection” how do I find out who they are from?

need help

How do I find out who hold the acount that they say is in default.  I do not think that thisnis correct.

Call the lender that holds these accounts. First they will verify infomation to make sure they belong to you, if the accounts are not a match, the agent should transfer you to the fraud department.
