Does Vantage 3.0 ignore some collections under $250?
I have read new vantage 3.0 ignores paid collections. Also have read ignores any collection paid or unpaid under $250. Is any of this true?

That is true.  The Vantage 3.0 scoring model ignores those. 

However, that doesn't mean they won't affect you.  They are still on your report and will be seen by a lender that looks.  But the scoring model ignores them and your vantage credit score won't reflect it.  FICO will count it and any significant lender will look right at it and factor it into your application.
