It sometimes takes a little time for credit bureaus to update information. If you had an attorney represent you with arbitration, you should contact your attorney if a little bit of time has gone by (1month) and it has not been removed. If you come to find out that the collection company did not request removal from the credit bureaus then they have violated the terms of arbitration and you could proceed with further legal action toward the company. In the meantime, I suppose you probably could dispute it with the credit bureaus or even call up the credit bureaus without filing a dispute and tell them that it is supposed to be removed.
