This is why I chose the savor one credit card with capital one instead of this card, there are so many complaints of this happening and it’s not okay, things happen and scores go up and down and I would never touch this card.

I have the same card and from my research you have to call and ask if you can graduate to a unsecured card and they will most likely give you a higher limit.

Cool! I just recieved my first statement for a secured capital one card, I’m hoping it helps build credit and I would love to hopefully get it converted to a unsecured card.

That’s crazy that they even did that to you, it’s not like you were late paying them smh that’s why I love capital they aren’t quick to just quit on you.

I was wondering if you could ever get converted to a regular platinum, I just had my first statement from them with a 200 credit limit... did they check your credit again? Or is it automatic because I really don’t want another hard inquiry.

That’s ridiculous! As long as you pay it back, why would they care? Why give someone $8,000 then when they use it decrease it, that’s stupid. I can see if you were late and having a hard time paying them back but dang
