NFCU lied about sign on bonus

The card is good, but the internal scoring from Navy Federal is not traditional. It causes people to apply with good credit and get denied. I know, I was denied. Why? I have no idea? It could be because I have nearly paid off my car loan? Maybe because I used my current Navy Federal card down to less than 30 % with a 25K limit? Nothing like earning near 6 figures, being in my 40's, and having a strong credit score, history, plus good work experience. I've paid off multiple Navy Federal loans, plus have been part of the credit union when I entered the Navy in 2001. The only thing I can state for certain is this is weird and American Express in early 2024 gave me a AMEX Platium card. I'm not hurting for credit, but I wanted to improve my credit score because Credit Karma told me to get another card. Well, that backfired! Be careful everyone!
