I have a Capital One, secured card, and have had no problems. It arrived on time as far as I remember and making payments online is a breeze. I paid the fee, got the card, used it, and made a payment. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is because they don't allow you to add additional funds to your card, even when you have paid ontime.

They called me in beginning of april to tell me they suspected fraud, it5 was a $1 charge from walmart, it was me i told them it was not fraud, they knew better turned off my card, whien i called they got mad i told them it was not fraud and got very childish, i have recorded every call after, the supervisors are the worst, they would tease me and mock me like i was crying, i have the audio to prove it, they got cocky that they did not consent, but they are on a recorded line and where i live if one is recording all are allowed as it WAS announcewd it was being recorded, it has been over 2 and a half months, they never sent me a replacement card, and they kept trying to re word everythinbg, i cancelled my account after over 2 months of them refusing to let me access my money, it is aq prepaid card and they act like they are doing you a favor, i got it to raise my crediot, the last 3 months of their nonsense, my fico went from 733 to 548, they are childish snd to date thieves, The BBB suggested i may want to go to court with the audio i have, they treat you horrible and laugh at you for it, again the supervisors are the absolute worst, in the end they started switching my address to say oops wrong address they had right address i never requested it changed, they lie and treat customers like trash, io have the audio of SEVERAL CALLS if there were an upload sectiohn i would puyt it in here and i hope they read this, you should all avoid these scammers , they won't build your credit
