Yes credit score is very low due to sickness &then put on disability Now I want to remove some tha
I was out of work due to sickness and then put on disability. Income was 799 a month but now has incresed to 1900 a month(widow benefits now. I want to increase score by removing outdated info on report and bankruptcy over 10 years What do i need to do

The Fair Credit Reporting Act (a federal lkaw) states how long derogotory information stays on the credit report, which can be up to 10 years.  There is no way of removing the information before that passes.
