At dealerships? Yes, they do NOT soft inquiry your reports, and be prepared to have multiple inquiries, because they most likely shotgun your apps out to varies lenders, and each lender who pick up your app will pull their own reports. If you have decent credit profiles, insist on financing thru its manufacturer financial services, you usually end up with two inquiries, one from dealership and another from MFS, most of time it would have some types of low interest promotions and you can ask they bump you up tier or two get better rates.. Or find your own financing before you walk into dealership.
