More accounts

will provide a thick(er) file.  If you have had one account for 10 years or are an authorized user on an acount that has a 10 year history, the scoring model looks for more factors.  In this case, you apparently have very few accounts and very few lenders consider this as a good thing (Chase for instance) otherwise most lenders want to see a plethora of examples of how you handle multiple accounts and generally speaking, more is better.
