why has my credit score gone from 815 to 802
everthing is excellent on my report why aren't I at 850

Being excellent on everying isn't sufficient to be at 850.    You have to review items on your report along with applicable ages and types of account.   If you expect to see 850, you may never see it, only a few percent of people are at that figure.   In order to determine why your scores increases or decreases, you have to review your credit report to see what changed.  If the change was a lower score, reverse what you just did.  If the change is higher, just keep doing what you are doing.   If you are in the 800 range, you should be satisfied with your performance and maintain.
