why has my Bankrupcy not taken off my credit score?
I signed on with a credit consolidator I paid them and they did not pay my bills. I also had a major medical problem

Chapter 7 bankrupcies remain on credit reports for 10 years from the approval date. Chapter 13 bankrupcies remain on credit reports for 7 years from the date of approval.
