Credit Karma is NOT a credit bureau and cannot make changes to your credit reports. If you see an account that is not yours listed on your credit reports you need to contact the credit bureaus listing it. Transunion, Equifax and Experian are the three credit bureaus and they all have websites with instructions on how to handle incorrect information on your credit reports.
