Where can i find past Disputes
I am trying to get a look at a passed dispute, is there a way to find them?

The only way you would be able to see a past dispute is to write to the credit bureau and request a copy of it.   If you filed the dispute and was successful, the item was removed from your credit and would not appear in your record whatsoever, although the bureau retained copies in the permanent file.  You may have to pay a fee for this research and location process.
