Look under attornies, and look then for those specializing in bankruptcy.

But, considering that a bankruptcy will seriously hurt your credit for the next 10 years where the effect of bad debts only lasts 7 years, why would you want to consider such an action?  I'll be watching for a response.

Bankruptcy "just to fix your credit" is a very bad idea.  Have you checked your credit reports of late?  If not, go to annualcreditreport.com and get all three credit reports.  Go over them very carefully to make sure only YOUR items are shown.  If you know, or even have doubts about an item, file a dispute with the credit bureau reporting same.  They have to investigate and either verify or delete the item.

It is not uncommon for there to be mistakes on credit reports since humans input the data and humans are far from perfect.

I'll be watching for your next response.
