What law or Bankruptcy Code states the time a DISMISSED CH13 is reported on credit reports?
I just made my last CH13 payment and now waiting patiently for the discharge process. I was told by Experian that the DISMISSED CH13 stay on record for 10 years. This is incorrect for CH13 which is 7 years and CH7 is 10 years.

Phone reps often don't know what they are talking about. Google Search is your friend, use it to find out all you need to know about bankruptcy. It is a well discussed topic so you should be able to find many articles.
