there other factors to consider othen a score....your income you could have a 850 but if you only make 12,000 a year it does you no good.....your debt to income ratio needs to be no higher then 30% ie you bring home $3,000 a month your bills shouldn't exceed $900 then and only then can you take ADVANTAGE of an excellent credit score bu getting lower rates on loans and mortgages....I for one take bank loans out at 9% unsecured and put them into the stock market and after keeping track of gains and losses i'm up 8K from mid january

And if the stock dosn't pay more than the the rate of the loan?
