What is the best way of handling LVNV listed on a credit report?
I don't want to 'reactivate' it (if it has expired), but I have no idea as to which debt that LVNV bought.

LVNV is one of the "junk debt" buyers and is a scumbag collector.  Get copies of all three credit reports and look them over carefully, filing disputes on all WRONG information.  You should be able to find out if there was a bill that LVNV bought on the reports.

But, errors are not uncommon on credit reports so this could easily be one of those.
