Verizon charges fee for switching to AT&T
I paid my bill in full the day I walked into AT&T to switch because of getting dropped calls where I lived, so I did what they said and paid for an extender plus they kept telling me they were going to put up a new tower within the year. Some service was not available at all. Why can't I switch if this continues without fees added, I was a long time customer -15 years plus. They charged me a $171.00 for switching. Is this allowed? If so, it shouldn't be.
