Removing credit account due to divorce...
I got divorced in 2012. I am wondering if I can get a joint account removed due to he was ordered to pay it off by the judge. Its been 2 years and it still hasn't been paid off. I have proof in my settlement agreement.

99% chance that you won't be able to get it removed.

Hope that the account has been closed so no new charges can be added.

The Judge ordered him to pay it off,  did he also tell him it had to be paid off in x mount of time?   Is he making payments?

Drag his butt back in to court.
