This site is for education only.  You can dispute these items yourself.  Write a letter to all three credit bureaus (Equifax, Experian and TransUnion).  Ask them to verify the Bankruptcy (which should fall off in 4 months anyway) and the IRS tax lien. Include the docket/case numbers for those items.  Wait for their responses and act accordingly.  Don't give up after 1st try, it sometime takes several attempts.  Be sure to send them copies of proof of ID, they require 2 forms:  driver's license, SS card, utlity bill etc.

If the IRS sent anything stating the lient is not yours, provide that with your letter.

Best of luck!
