quickest way to add 150+ points to credit score
My bpyfriend and i would like to purchase our home by end of 2016. My current score is 513 i have a few credit cards with balance between 30-50% (currently working on that already), i also have a car loan that i pay more and before due & student loans that are in repayment option. His credit score is somewhere between 300-400 unsure of the exact he only has medical bills that went into collections 6 years ago, and a credit card garnished about 6 years ago as well. What are some fast quick options to increase our credit score by next year.

This is not the answer that you want to see, but it is the best answer: You need to start reading everything that you can about credit. Spend an hour or two a day for the next couple of months reading and learning all that you need to know. Your boyfriend needs to do the same. If you are serious about wanting to get on track to purchase a home, then you will put in the necessary time reading and learning all that you can. For any specific questions, please feel free to ask and I will try to help you, but for now, you gotta buckle down and read.

before you even think of purchasing a house you need to clean up the mess you both have.   This is going to take you more than a year to Clean up.

Also there is no quick way.
