Any incorrect information on your reports should be disputed with the credit bureau(s) reporting it. The three credit bureaus are Transunion, Equifax and Experian. Also be aware that a debt collection company can sometimes add fees or interest, which may or may not be legal to do in your state. You should check that out. You should also do some reading on the FDCPA (fair debt collection practices act) so you know what debt collectors can and cannot do.

Credit Karma is listing an account that is paid in full as I owe $623. I called Equifax and they show this account as paid in full. It's CreditKarma's error
