Ten years from the date of discharge.

Chapter 7 stays on reports for ten years. Chapter 13 stays on reports for seven years.

Do some reading on "early exclusion" as you may be able to get it removed a few months early.

If in doubt of when something will be removed from your reports, you can contact the credit bureaus and ask when information will be removed. The credit bureaus are separate companines and often have different removal dates, so keep that in mind.
