It shows on here that I have a judgment from 3yrs ago but I recently filled bankruptcy, how is that?

It's part of your credit history?

If you did have a judgement (and this is something you should know, since it is a court proceeding) it will remain on your credit report for at least 7 years from the date the judgement is satisfied (paid).  If it was included in your bankruptcy, it is still going to show but, if it hadn't been satisfied yet, it will remain on your credit report for 10 years.  This is required under the Fair Credit Reporting Act, which is a federal regulation.  All credit transactions have to be reported.
