Issue with having created an account for myself and then an account for the wife.
Hi, when I registered an account and put in my details, all was fine. I saw my accounts and got a score.
I then created an account for my wife (we are both new to the US but most of the credit building has been in my name), which understandably said "Thin File".
Now, however, MY account is also saying thin file - but only through the website.
Logging in through the app gives me the full account details.
Is there a way someone from Credit Karma can look at this?
