I PAID OFF A VEHICLE A FEW YEARS AGO AND IT DOESN'T SHOW IT ON MY CREDIT REPORT. WHAT DO I DO?

Depends on how long "a few" years ago was and which credit bureau the loan was reported to (because there are three).  The information on this site comes from Transunion and is set up for teaching (which is what Credit Karma is all about).  It is not reported to anyone from here.

Hopefully, you check all three credit reports once a year, as we are strongly advised to do.  One of the credit bureaus should show this loan if it is 7 years old or less.  Otherwise, it has vanished permanently because it is no longer a relevant part of credit history.
