i never filed bankruptcy in 2012.don't know where you got that nfo.it was in 2006.in Va.
ihad filed in 2006.10 yrs ago. never in 2012. that needs to be taken off.i have my discharged papers in 2006.cleared as of that date.

You will have to file a dispute with the credit bureaus directly (Transunion, Equifax, Experian). Be sure to provide proof of filing, discharge date, etc. Otherwise, expect the bankruptcy to remain on record for ten years from date of grant (that is, 10 years from the date the bankruptcy was granted by the court - not filing date, nor discharge date).
