Get co-signer

Maybe a relative would be willing to co-sign for car loan if they see you as financially responsible at young age.   But relative needs good credit and their credit score will take a hit.

First you need to build credit and you start doing that by reading everything that you can about credit. Then start out with a Secured credit card and go from there. Building credit takes some time, so be patient. So as for now, you will probably need to look for a car that you can afford with your cash.
