Check your reports

The only way to know will be to check your credit reports. Usually it takes 7 years for the creditors to fall off, but the public record of a Bankruptcy can take up to 10 years. The easiest way to pull your reports is annualcreditreport.com and go from there. I usually only do one agency every 4 months so I can continue to "monitor" my report throughout the year without having to pay for a new report each time.
