how to get past the morons in customer support
my equifax score was updated on 6/18, the one from transunion hasn't been updated since 5/16. CS is telling me that it's because I have "thin" credit file with TU, as if the file went on a diet last May

Hi dallasexplorer,

Your scores are calculated by the bureau that maintains your report. When we attempt to retrieve a score from the credit bureau, they tell us if you are considered a "thin" file. This is not a determination made by Credit Karma. Please contact TransUnion directly.

Thanks!
