How to expunge an eviction
I just learned that I have an eviction on my record from 9 years ago. Evidently, I co-signed an apartment for my daughter, who was subsequently evicted. She had her wages garnished and the debt is paid in full. I never lived in the apartment or was held responsible for any repayment, so I learned about this when I was declined for an apartment I applied for. What steps do I need to take to get this expunged from my record?
