You are already in the top tier of the credit reporting system   Be happy where you are.  Only a small percentage of persons every achieve 850.   You'll need about 20-30 credit accounts that are over 20 years old with very low utilization.  You will also need multiple installment loans of varous types that are nearly paid off.    It wouldn't hurt to have a personal relationship with your banker who will loan you money leaving the original account creation date the same 20 year old date already on file.
