How can Iin crease my credit to 750 now it is on 640 but it fracuates every week

With out seeing your credit report

There is no way to tell you exactly what you need to do to get there.  

I can tell you that in general people with scores of 750 have a very long, clean credit history. 

 7 years or more of near perfect payment history,  5 - 10 accounts or more of different types, including credit cards, personal and auto loans, and a mortgage helps a lot too.  Total Available credit in the range of a years worth of income.   

750 should always be the goal, the average American is in the 695 range with 720 considered a very good score.
