How do I remove very old scores on my credit report from years ago?

my credit score went down by 50 points all of the sudden , whilst nothing has changed on my recport. everything is exactly the same. actually the credit use got me down from 90% to  87% , whats going on? 

what can i do? why would my credit go down like this
