I am sorry to hear about your prior medical conditions and the results it caused to your credit life.   The stigma of the Chapter 7 will not last forever.  In fact in 7-10 years, it won't even appear on your credit report.   What was the date of the discharge of the filing?    Usually, in about 2 years from the discharge date, creditors will give you another chance, you won't have to wait the full 7-10 years.
