Does anyone have a letter a letter their willing to share
Regarding have a $0 balance credit card removed from my credit report along with a resolution letter...This creditor is saying its going to stay for 7yrs..Thanks in advance for your help

It's not clear what kind of letter

you're looking for. 

Your Credit Report is your credit history.  So yes things, both positive and negitive can stay there for up to 7 years. 10 years in some cases. 

if you negotiated a settlement on that card and failed to get a "pay per delete" agreement, then it will stay there for the 7 years. 

You can always contact them and try to get them to remove the dings, but now that the account is closed they have no incentive to do so.
