Derogatory falls off in 7 years, exception?
Ocwen never charged off this 2nd mortgage account. It will be 7 years since the last payment (Dec. 10th, 2016). They keep reporting "120 days late" even 6 years later. Are they legally obligated to stop reporting after 7 years?

7 years plus 180 days, by law. If it hasn't fallen off by June 2017 (going by 7 year date you supplied), you can dispute and have it removed. Usually it will fall off beforehand, but that's the longest they can legally report.
