Car loan no longer reported after mother filed bankruptcy
In 2010 I purchased a vehicle with my mother as the consigner on the loan. I have never missed a payment and my credit score was improving. I recently purchased another car and wanted to check how it had affected my score. The new loan is not there but it's probably too new to be reported yet. We haven't made the first payment. But I noticed that my older loan is no longer reported ( it was there the last time I logged on). My mother recently filed bankruptcy. Does this affect what's reported on my score? I'm still making payments and I want credit for the perfect payment history on it. What should I do?
