Can someone -please- get back to me?
I've tried sending an email, and submitted a request in the help center but I've gotten no reply. I'm trying to finalize my registration, after failing the IDA Public record questions (My mom used my social a lot.) I sent in a copy of my state ID with a copy of my birth certificate. After a month and a half of no response, I sent out a quick email asking if there is anyone that would be able to verify if they have received those documents. I got an email back saying that I need to submit a request in the help center within the next few days. What now feels like two weeks after I submitted the request in the help center (It may be a little bit less, because this process feels like it takes a while and I'm unable to verify when I actually sent in the request, so, sorry if it was less/much less time than what I think it is)and no way to know through what method of communication they will try to reach out to me, I'm starting to stress a little. I'm just looking for assistance, to make sure that a copy of my social and state ID is just floating out there for anyone to take, and I would really like to see what exactly is going on with my credit score, if I'm missing anything that is still reporting on my credit report that my mother placed on there. Thank you for reading. I don't know if this has a reply section, so if it does not then please email me at Spottyshep@gmail.com with any helpful information. Again thank you, and I look forward to hearing back from someone.
