Buying a house when you have been on a contract for 6 years to buy house
We have been on a contract with an individual for going on 6 years and we are coming up on the time to purchase the house with a mortgage loan. In the beginning we were doing good and cleaning up our credit and then the economy crashed and when you own your own business that didn't mix well. But we continued to make our required payments on the house and the payments have been put in to an account to count as our down payment. In the meantime we have been trying to get caught back up and our credit has suffered. We don't know where to start!!
