Bankruptcy from divorce removed @3 years?
I've heard that bankruptcy due to divorce can be removed from credit reports 3 years after discharge. Is this true? How do I best make/prove the argument that it was due to divorce (in NJ)?

Consult an attorney.

Because bankruptcy law is so complex, your best source of information to get an accurate answer to this question would be a bankruptcy attorney in your state.

I have not seen any "loopholes" in the bankruptcy code that make exceptioin to the 10 year standard reporting period on a bankruptcy.
