A Delinquency from Our Former Home is Still on our Credit Reports
In mid-2013 we came to an agreement with our bank and the bank accepted a Deed in Lieu of Foreclosure on our home. The bank also wrote letters to the three credit bureaus informing them of this transaction and requesting our mortgage & home equity accounts be deleted from our records. According to Credit Karma today, our only delinquencies are those two from the bank from 2 years ago. How do we get these removed? As was stated, the bank did send letters (we have copies) to the credit bureaus,
