I have been backing with Interra CU for over 20 years. They used to be service oriented but now are concerned more about policies and excessive fees than people. I tried to explain the ripple effect of a $9 mistake and you would have thought I was speaking in martian. I couldn't get them to see how excessive $100 in fees for a $9 error was. They felt they were being helpful at that I felt abused. I wish we were back in the days when you could go into a CU and speak to a person authorized to act and reasonable. When logic and friendliness prevailed. No more. It's very sad.
