Will Paying 4 settled accounts up my score?
I just sold my home and am in the process of buying a new one. I have 4 accounts that I settled with a few years ago. I paid all 4 accounts off this past week and am hoping it boosts my credit score significantly. Can I look forward to a big jump? I need at least a 30 point jump.

It depends on how old they are.  If they are within last 2 years, then you should have a good increase, but can't say how many points.  The older the account is the less damage it does.  Hope that helps.
