If you review each individual category that CK reports, you will almost certainly see something changed. Also check alerts to see if you had something go into collections. 

Most likely suspects:

Average age of Open Credit Lines: An old car loan or closed credit card/loan could have fallen off your report. This would impact average age and total accounts negatively.

Derogatory Remarks added or accounts moved to collections

Hard Inquiries: Any new hard inquiries added lately?

If none of these things happened, then definitely check you full credit reports to see if there are any new accounts or activity that you don't recognize!
