Why a collection got added to my credit report after it had been removed

Why was it removed in the first place? If it's cause wasn't yours, then dispute it again, other wise if it's due to inaccuracies, or just by disputing it? Those can come back on once the inaccuracy was corrected or prove/documents was provide to CRAs. If it was removed on its own? could be that account was transitioning to another collection agency... the ones that aren't coming back are usually the ones has reached its reportable length. As long as that account is yours? It always has chance to come back on during its reportable period.
